The Other Earth in italian free download
Maps and data for countries eligible for official development assistance (ODA, 140+ countries) have been released in parallel with Global Solar Atlas - published by the World Bank Group, funded by ESMAP, and prepared by Solargis. Other countries (specifically OECD countries) might not have all map/data products available for free download. Contact us to purchase or sponsor map or data products for the country of your interest.
Open Access (OA) refers to journal articles and other published materials that are distributed online and are completely free to access by the reader. The costs of publication are borne by the author(s) or their funder(s) through a publication fee rather than readers or institutions through either a subscription or pay-to-view charges. This business model was the spark for a larger movement towards greater access and transparency of scientific research.
To get started, simply download the file map-overlays-for-google-earth-combined.kmz (please log in first, see here why) and open it in Google Earth. It contains all map sources that this application provides (version 10).
Very thank you!!! Government sites and many services should implement this type of GE-map-overlay in their sites. We have real nice local government GIS-Maps, some with GPX, GeoJPG and more features (german & italian language): - here it is even possible to download DXF/SHP (top left download): - How difficult would it be to make a ge-map-overlay for the gis2.provinz.bz.it-data?

5 Jul 2020 GrandPerspective 2.5.2-L1 has been released and is available for download from Sourceforge and the App Store. The only change with respect to Version 2.5.2 is that the translations in Chinese, German, Italian, and Turkish are fully complete again. In other words, the text for the features newly added in Version 2.5.2 is now also translated.
GrandPerspective is also distributed via the App Store as requested by several users. This exposes the app to a wider audience, including some who will only install software distributed via the App Store.I charge a small fee of $2.99 for the app when it is downloaded from there to cover the required developer program membership and other development costs.
